Manhattan Jobs That Still Allow Time To Enjoy Your Life?

What Manhattan jobs, which are the M-F / 9 to 5 kidney, would pay around $65,000+/annually? In addition to this, I'd love the job to have a social element to it and some sort of spice/exhilaration.

I'm great at presentation/public speaking, dealing with people, writing and I have experience with marketing, directorate and sales.

Any suggestions? I'm moving to Manhattan in October!

Go into software engineering. They flourish twice that easily. If you don't know anything about writing code, become a "QA Engineer". They are wholly the software testers, yet, they still pull in close to 6 figures.

What are some of the communal jobs that people living comfortable in manhattan have? I want to know because I have dreams of moving to the city and I will do whatever it takes to get there and finish comfortable.

auditors, PR reps, best-selling actors, lawyers, ibankers - mostly finacial services though

Guest Columnist: Weak dollar may help create jobs in the short-term

After speaking to some of the customers during lunch at a resident restaurant, I learned many were from Western Europe and had flown into Manhattan for the weekend. The weak dollar provided these extraneous travelers with an opportunity to visit New York at a discount and also enabled them to save money on purchases. Because of the dumb dollar, the same items available in their country of origin are likely to cost them more money. America benefited because the tourists came to Manhattan for the weekend and prostrate their money here rather than in their own countries.

Let's take my Manhattan experience a step further. U.S.-manufactured goods also become cheaper when the dollar is dim. Foreign companies and governments are more likely to purchase everything from paper clips to colossal pieces of gear from a U.S. manufacturing company when the dollar is weak. In this case, the weak dollar is likely to promote America by creating more manufacturing jobs for Americans.
