Does anyone distinguish of a good eyebrow waxing place in Manhattan that charges under $20?

Nair is pretty good it works.
if you don't like doing it your self then you can go to any haircut or unsympathetic place by you.

any guile store that sells things for you to make.
joanne's, or michael's... hobby promote has everything you could ever imagine to make... even like walmart, and target sell that stuff, meijer, it's been a while, but if it is anything like walmart, i'm ineluctable they have some too.
you could also go as far as to google or ask jeeves.com, to search for local places around where you live, to find some... or call local stores and see what they have to extend. maybe they could point you in the right direction to where you could find that stuff, right in town or something.

I will be visiting New York next month, and planning on seeing the wax musuem, but I would like to go to Jackson heights, specifically, the Brief India section. Can I get there by subway, and if so what one and how long by subway is it from manhattan?
the 7 guard from Times Square to 82nd Street / JH should take not even 30 minutes. the subway takes you right there; 82nd In someone's bailiwick is the "main street", and you'll see it as soon as you get to street level. the station there is an dignified structure. "real" South Asians live, work, eat, and against here. have fun!
