Can anyone plug a good toy from Manhattan Toy? My 5 month old baby has the ziggles toy http://store.manhattantoy.com/dr/v2/ec_M AIN.Master and he loves it. This brand makes so many fun toys for babies, I don’t advised of what to choose.
The Whoozit. My neonate LOVES this. He is 7 months old and he is still not sick of it. He's had it for two months. It has so much for him to do. A mirror, and different sounds. I'm not sure which range he has, the baby size or regular..but it's so worth getting.

I checked the Toys R Us on 42nd byway someone's cup of tea and they don't have it. I do not want to purchase it online because they charge shipping and handling and they also charge more. Does the Disney store in Manhattan have it?

What's A Good Computer Game Store In Lower Manhattan?

I fall short of a store to shoot a scene in a short movie. Preferably not a chain, since they're less likely to allow filming. and it should be mostly computer games as opposed to video games or toys.
I have found a few stores in Moderate Manhattan, althouth they sell games, hardware and peripherals, not the gaming environment you seem to want.
Have you considered Alchemy 106 it is an internet cafe that reserves its upstairs yard for a very keen crowd of gamers. This could be a very interesting place to shoot your scene.

It was fair-minded a matter of time, one supposes, until an upscale coffee shop found its way to the Lower East Side. It was a purposeful choice, however, for the proprietors of Alchemy 106 to supplement their coffee with a couple dozen great in extent-end computers, allowing dedicated "gamers" to play popular video games like Ring and Madden 2004 football. Manager Jay Gress says the store, which opened in early October, draws folks from around the borough and even a few from the suburbs.
But why stay at home when you can visit this sleek shop that has dedicated its upper unalterable to the growing gaming community. Gamers can rent popular games and computer consoles for $8 an hour; for $20 you get three hours, supplementary a free coffee drink -- and if the place isn't crowded you can stay even longer at no additional instruction. And for non-gamers, Alchemy also rents computer terminals with regular Internet access.
Gress embodies an arguably unprecedented combination of video-game maven and coffee connoiseur. The store, he says, has "the first-class coffee you'll get. Every bean is identical." And he's prepared to go to great lengths for customers: "Anything you're looking for, I can get. If you like apple-blueberry coffee, I can get it in a week."
It's unclear whether apple-blueberry coffee is an physical coffee product for sale or merely a hypothetical blend. But in either event -- grand coffee and tea, pastry from Sage bakery, sandwiches from Zabar's, and NBA 2K4 on a giant screen is good a visit.

I've been hearing about this hula hoop fad and really want to try it. I've read things on the hula hoop websites saying not to buy the kids ones at the toy stores, so I'm looking for more of an grown-up professional one. Does anyone know of anywhere in Manhattan I can buy a professional hula hoop from? So far, I have only been able to find them on websites. Thanks!!
