Can A Plastic Surgeon Buy A Penthouse In Manhattan's Upper East Side??? ?

My flight of fancy is to become a doctor and a plastic surgeon is high on my list but another dream of mine is to own a penthouse in Manhattan so I want to know if a plastic surgeon could own a penthouse WITHOUT effective bankrupt into debt like i'd still have lots of money lol!!!

I cognizant of that it depends on how much education and where you are, but generally. Especially in Manhattan. I want to do both of them so I am kind of seesawing right now. Yes I understand it isn't about the money but I just want a general idea!
