I homelessness to take a Photography Course at PhotoManhattan Photography Center in NYC. I was curious if anyone out there has ever visited or attended classes there, so they could certain me is it worth signing up for.
I would like to take some imposing photo for Manhattan. Please let me know where do I have to go in Manhattan.
Anywhere is noteworthy basically just as long as they do not have a camera restriction. This way, your camera isn't taken or you are left fa and loose the money (if any) you paid to visit.
Since the terror attacks on 9/11 most places have or is enforcing the following:
1. No Cameras - No camera (photo or video) of any well-intentioned are permitted.
2. No Flash - The use of flash is permitted.
3. No Lens - The use of telephoto or zoom lenses are restricted.
4. No Lights - The use of alien or internal lights are restricted.
5. No Tripods - The use of a tripod is restricted.
6. No Video Cam - The use of cameras that takes video are restricted
7. No Audio - The use of cameras that records reverberate are restricted.
Where Is A Good Location For A Photo Shoot In Manhattan?

Hi! Doing a photo launch and would like to find some Manhattan, specifically thinking cobblestone street background, AND/OR a good classic looking circle sign(for shots a la Gene Kelly Singing in the Rain)
Any ideas! Thanks!!
I would say one of the run down areas. The buildings looked old in the 50s videotape. this is my attempt at 1950s in a studio

Is there some misplaced humble in New Jersey where I can do a photoshoot of a car with Manhattan skyline in the background? I know Hoboken has a lot of piers to walk up to but unapproachable for a car...well not unless you drive on the sidewalk.
Weehawken, NJ can m out for you as it is on the western shore of the Hudson River, along the southern end of the New Jersey Palisades, and across from Midtown Manhattan.

Please note that 2 yachts caught fire on Tuesday so police and fire hinge on activity might still be in the area so if you are recording audio as well, you may want to wait a day or so.

Didn't dems get the bulletin? There are NO terrorists anymore according to Obama, only "man made disasters". Also, since Obama's gone on his hoop-shaped the world apology tour, no one hates the US anymore. Everyone is enjoying a Coke and singing Kumbaya with Obama at the driver's seat.
Oh the funny New Yorkers; they helped put Obama in office. They should have more faith in their savior.
