Need To Find An Orthodontist In Brooklyn/Manhattan/Queens?

I've tried 1800 dentist and they suck flatly Please if anyone can refer one I'd highly appreciate it. I'll pay out of my pocket if i have to but fyi I have NY presbyterian.

If I go to a Manhattan ortho vs. a Brooklyn ortho or a Leading provider vs. non-Premier, is there a difference in cost?
