I am bewitching my sister to NYC as her graduation gift...can anyone recommend a good restaurant in Manhattan for lunch and dinner that is affordable too (entree sell for max $15)?

In Greenwich Village, Bianca's on Bleecker and the Bowery - Very A-OK Italian food - prices are excellent - I don't think they have anything over $15.
Celeste, on the Upper West Side on Amsterdam and 84th - vast bargain - excellent Italian food - prices are very reasonable - nothing more than $15, service is outgoing - a really nice place.
Or, just take her for a three course meal of desserts at Chikalicious in the East Village on 10th Circle and Second Avenue

La Bonne Soup has great soups, omelets, salads. Meals are very arguable and a lot of them come with a glass of wine. If you go here, see if you can get one of the tables on the outside "balcony" - considerable people watching.

I've been to the restaurant on Maytime Street and it is very delicious! But my favorite has to be Red Bamboo Soul Food in Greenwich Village. You might also like Vegetarian Utopia 2

Its my birthday and i lack to go out to eat with friends,nothin expensive or fancy, Jus some where nice. I wanna know what kind of chow they serve and how the place looks if u can. Im turning 19 if that helps
This is like asking what's the richest taco stand in Mexico city there are over 8000 of them and as many opinions. If you want the REAL best you greater have the bucks to ask and I mean real bucks.

Can anyone indicate me a fine dining or buffet Christmas Dinner AND Christmas EVE Dinner in New York City Manhattan? Maybe in a B & B or a fine dining restaurant that is famous? Really prefer buffet in a good restaurant!!! Expectantly a restaurant with a christmas atmosphere!!!
