Where Is A Good Place To Go Running In The Murray Hill Neighborhood In Manhattan?

I impartial moved from 53rd and 8th, so I just always used to run in central park. I'm looking for a run of about 5 miles that avoids pedestrians as much as imaginable. I now live at 33rd street and Lexington Ave. Any good areas to go jogging around there?
I worn to live in NYC and ran there tons. There's a manhattan waterfront greenway map. You can run over to the east side and start when you hit the path. Running south you can run thru the Stuyvesant cove and down to south in someone's bailiwick seaport or you can head north. The map shows everything.
Whenever I gather ppl mention that neighborhood they either cringe or say eww...i'm just curious as to why it has such a lame reputation.

That is because Murray Hill is full of profuse in, snobby arrogant and phony morons that are not real New Yorkers. The people there don't like people from other neighborhoods growing by and they can care less about the rest of New York.
That's the real truth behind Murray Hill. Plus the crime rate there is higher than what people call to mind a consider it is.
Please refrain from me to find what kind of tickets I should purchase.
I live Near Murrary LIRR station, I could take Q12 and go to Flushing post but My school located near Columbus Circle station(60st and broadway, manhattan) and my church located mean penn station.
1. I go to penn station every Sat.night and Sun morning for church.
2. I go to school every thurs.&Friday Cimmerian dark from Murrary hill station to near columbus circle station in manhattan need to arrive by 8:10pm and finishes savoir vivre at 10:20pm.
what kind of tickets combinations would help me save money and time. I scantiness to focus save time.

Yes, St. Patrick's Cathedral is undoubtedly about a 20 minute walk from Murray Hill. Its located on fifth avenue, not too far from Rockefeller Center. The interdependence couple below provides some context and content regarding the cathedral.

I was spoiled when I lived in Boston and had a leading pizza place that made soy-cheese pizzas. I moved to midtown manhattan a few months ago and can't find any places that makes them.
