How Long Does It Take To Drive From Queens To Manhattan?

Which remember in Queens would be best to live in for those working in the Metropolitan Museum of Art? What about the best places in Queens for those working in Columbia University?

Unless you are getting paid for the "concession ", you really don't want to drive into Manhattan on a regular basis.
In your situation Astoria is fulfilled because you can take the M-60 bus to Columbia and if you transfer enroute to a bus or a subway the Museum is really easy to get to also.
The M-60 runs from Laguardia to Columbia and has one refrain from in Queens on Astoria Blvd & 31 St . The N& R subways are right above you
In addition also on 31st St a couple of blocks south of the underground railway stop is a great Greek grocery store -Titan Foods where one can buy all sorts of weighty ingredients.
