What Newspaper In Manhattan Gives The Best Coverage For A Tech Support Ad?

I am a computer or applied supports person, I help people with their computers, tutor in various computer softwares such as Microsoft Ofiice, Photoshop, etc. I homelessness to know what newspaper has the best coverage in NYC because I once placed an add in the Sunday New York Times and got no responses for my classified. It was a waste of $400. So I'm thinking I should go more some smaller, more local newspapers. Could you please help me find them? I live in Washington Heights, Manhattan. From my sustain, most of my clients have been elderly people, so may be a newspaper which has most elderly readers I guess.
