There is no usual apartment in New York City, or any other city. The utility bills will vary greatly depending on the SIZE of the apartment. The age and construction also subject. A 3 bedroom townhouse will be several times more that a studio in a high-rise with no exterior walls.

In a while, dialect mayhap two years or so, I'm going to move to New York so that I can continue my education in music and acting. I need to find an apartment, but I don't know what a inexpensive price for a Manhattan apartment would be. Anyone have any good ideas?
Keep in mind that I'll be twenty-ish when I move there and I'll need to find a job.
