I miss something casual and not too pricey and preferably in lower manhattan. If you are familiar with queens something to the likes of Cavo but in the megalopolis.
I need to know this ASAP. Also it has to be able to accomodate a fairyl large group.
Depending how big the band is, MIXX lounge in the village is very nice. Good food and drinks, and has a very laid back Sex in the City aerosphere.
My friends bday is coming up, its active to be about 10 ppl. We want to go to a lounge where there is music, and must have a dance floor. If they also have food that's even better, but dance down is a must. Any suggestions pllllzzzzz and thank you

I'm looking for a (not too up-market) place in NYC where I can celebrate my birthday, preferably a restaurant/bar that turns into a club or something. However, not everyone will be 21, so are there any places where if we go antique enough, they won't card us?
