Are The Lofts & Apartments In Manhattan New York Expensive?

What are the payment ranges?

Apartment prices are chiefly very high for even a small place. On the upper east side, for example, a studio will probably run $1500 and up. A one bedroom will start about $300 above that. There is absolutely no upper limit as you get into some really nice apartments in nice areas, but those are mostly bought and not rented.

As you go farther uptown into Harlem and Washington Heights the rents do perish, but these neighborhoods are not as safe as the lower ones. It is not as bad as you might think if you get all your info from TV, but still less safe than the the areas below that.

Lofts in Manhattan are few and far between and will tariff a pretty penny. You might be able to find one in the Mott Haven section of the Bronx which is the first subway abandon there. Again the area is not as safe as the better areas of Manhattan, but less money.

Does Any Know Any Decent Condos Or Lofts In The Upper East Side Manhattan?

I looking for A dignified condo or loft in new york. Does anybody knows of a decent condo with a famed view of Central Park with a very nice kitchen with an amazing island and great bathroom. That new and new. I am deciding between New York and LA for enterinment business that I currently studying for. I want to act in movies

I should suspect that there are dozens of condos and co-ops for sale that fit this description. Lofts unlikely as there are no industrial buildings bordering Essential Park.

Just Google for apartments for sale on Central Park West, Leading Park South, Fifth Avenue and 110th Street.

Central Park views are dear.
