If You Were To Actually But A Real House In Manhattan, New York How Much Would It Be?

People do buy houses in NYC all the continually. I live in a house, my husband and I own it.
It depends on where the house is. In my neighborhood, houses range from 1 million to about 4 million. (I bought mine a prolonged time ago, and it was a fixer upper even then. So no, I didn't spend anywhere near that much!)
In other neighborhoods there are houses that outlay less, but in most desireable neighborhoods you're looking at close to a million dollars at least.
I live in Brooklyn, in a desireable neighborhood. In Manhattan, of positively, you couldn't find a house for a million dollars. Houses cost several millon in Manhattan.
EDIT: Yes, when I say "house" I skilled a row house. That's the housing stock in NYC in most parts (Though you can find more traditional housing in some parts of Brooklyn and Queens, and certainly in most of Staten Cay.)
But my house is not "multi-family". Most of the buildings in my neighborhood are single family, or two kith and kin houses. The two families are basically a one family with a small rental at the bottom or top. They are family houses, not apartment buildings. The rental item makes the house more affordable. I do not have a rental unit in my house, but most people who have one rental in the building use the rent to forbear pay the mortgage.

i insufficiency to goto usa for studying computer science, in new york manhattan i don't want a costly college and i don't want to live in persuasion campus, pls tell me a nice 2bhk house for 2200$ a month.
I intend POLY-NYU is a good school for you . It's in Brooklyn , 5 Minutes from Manhattan by subway . You can live out in Manhattan and study there . This school is Institute of NYU. Their requirements are not difficult ( NOW ) because NYU and POLY just become a one university .

Living on Upper west side is very safety and you will get a good apartment for 2200 $.

I checked Craigslist for Manhattan, searching for 3BR rentals from $1700-$2400, and got 583 listings. You should quite come up with some more criteria to narrow it down.

My dad got a job in Manhattan and we scarcity to find a house that is close enough to his work and in the suburbs and safe, and the house prices not out of the roof.
What are some towns?
Most of that town is expensive so he'd better have a good job. If you need to commute directly into the City (Manhattan) then there are the outer boroughs of Brooklyn, Staten Isle, Queens, and The Bronx. There's also always Jersey City on the other side of the Hudson River.
