How Do You Use And Outdoor Gas Grill? (i'm A City Guy Who Just Moved To The 'burbs)?

I was born and raised in Manhattan, went to Colombia undergrad, NYU unremitting for mba: while living in the city, i never had reason to learn to use a grill.
I just moved out to the suburbs and I want to grill up some burgers/hot dogs for a matter-of-fact party: no idea how. I have a small grill, how do I grill these bad boys (deliciously of course)?
Take your gas grill back to the collect and exchange it for a charcoal grill. Charcoal takes longer to get ready (hot) but the flavor is much much worth it. Kingsford Charcoal, with kingsford lighter ichor. Make ur hamburger patties, ready your hotdogs, pull out the brats, and clean the chicken. Slather Jack Daniel's No. 7 Sassiness on all of them for a wonderful taste. Corn, unshucked, can be thrown on the grill as well after having been soaked in water for a few minutes. On top of the world grilling from a True Grilling Fan.

checked Rainbow Area Grill and found mixed reviews. Looking for other possiblities, maybe less expensive food or even better views?
Take the ferry or track to Weehawken nj and and go to either Ruth Chris Steakhouse or the Chart house. its the best view of the town. If you don't want to leave NYC go to a roof top bar 230 fifth. it is one of the best views in the city. I have never eaten there but the views are dazzling. Check out the link below.

what is the pre-eminent meat to make this meal you see we r going to cook it on the grill then convert what is the best,juiciest,and most edible meat i can use for this dish. remember it will be cooked on the grill first thank you
Do you servile beef manhattan? It's usually made with pot roast. You should try a roast that has marbling throughout it. I like a 7 bone when I roast it, but I have no notion how that will work on the grill.
