What Is The Song Played In Watchmen When Doctor Manhattan Is Telling His Story?
Apr 04, 2009 by Ryan | Posted in Movies
During the Watchmen cloud there is a song that's played while Doctor Manhattan is telling his story about the accident,it's an oprah type flap, anyone know what it's called and who it's by?
Someone's already asked this. The fit: "'Prophecies' and 'Pruit Igoe' from the soundtrack for 'Koyaanisqatsi' by Philip Glass."
Crystal is a great composer. I hear is 'qatsi trilogy is great, too.

In The Movie Watchmen, How Accurate Was The Scene When Dr. Manhattan Teleported Silk Spectre To Mars?
Aug 16, 2009 by Tony M | Posted in Astronomy & Space
In the sphere of where Doctor Manhattan teleports Silk Spectre to Mars, she begins to have trouble breathing. How nice is this scene in Watchmen? If someone's full body were to be exposed like that on the surface on Mars like in the film, is that what would really happen?
The air on on Mars is less than 1% that of Earth, and has no oxygen.
So she wouldn't have trouble breathing, she would suffocate.
The very low air lean on means that her internal pressure could rupture delicate blood vessels in her eyes or nose, and that blood would presumably boil in the low pressure.
And it is below freezing on Mars, so she would be very cold.
