We are planing to take in NYC with kids during the spring break. Any suggestion for a family oriented hotels under $100 for 2 nights? 2 adults, 3 kids. I be versed it is probably difficult at that budget. Any ideas will be appreciated.
May I push the Candlewood Suites Jersey City, which is located at 21 Second Street in Jersey Municipality. Rooms there start off at $90 a night, according to Yahoo Travels.

Are There Discounted Hotel Reservations In NYC From Oct-Dec. 2008?

I heard from a investor that a string of hotels in Manhattan are celebrating a 60 year anniversary and are giving away 2 night-time reservations for about $20/night. But you can only book reservations on Oct. 1 within a 80 minute spell period. I couldn't find any info on it online. Has anyone heard about this? If so, is there a website or something I can check for more info?
I would look into the hotel Hotel Pennsylvania, its located upright across the street from Penn Station. Its a beautiful 89 year old Hotel. Its unfortunately being threatened for demolition so please go to savethehotel.org and click on entreat for evaluation. THANKS!
