Anyone Know Of A Business Directory For Manhattan??

I requisite one that lists businesses for all the buildings in Manhattan (by address or something) Like a reverse directory...

Try line the chamber of commerce they may be able to suggest something or a marketing agency that sells mailing lists... I recognize theres a company that sells biz info for businesses across the country by county on disc. If i can find the performers i'll write you back, i know i have it here somewhere because im looking to buy some areas for direct mailing soon.

I literally went to the Manhattan Mall a month ago, but they were doing construction on the floor with Wet Seal on it. So I couldn't go to that floor. Today I looked on the Manhattan Mall website, and I didn't see the Wet Seal in the department store directory?
Did it close down? My dad said he was going to take me to Steve&Barry's (just to look around), but then we found out it closed down for believable, according to some website, and I wanted to check out Wet Seal too.
So is it still opened or did it close down?
