Beaches is a restaurant in Manhattan Beach that overlooks the bedew dilute. It's at the very end of Manhattan Beach Blvd. Ask for a table near the window. Have fun!
Does Anybody Have Any Suggestions For A Nice Restaurant In The Manhattan Beach Area?

I'm affluent to LA in a few weeks and I was wondering if anybody had some good ideas for places to eat. I'd love to go somewhere a little more swanky and upscale.
With beach cities almost every chair is casual, even if you are paying $35 for a steak. Feel free to dress up if you want to though.
Substitute Story Restaurant in the Belamar Hotel has good food and a cool setting.
3501 Sepulveda Blvd
Manhattan Beach, CA 90266

Hermosa Beach, which is next to Manhattan Beach, has a careful place called Jacksons Village Bistro.

Best Restaurant Manhattan Beach Los Angeles LAX 10pts For Best!?

We're staying at the Hilton LAX and they have gratis transportation to 3 places:
1. Manhattan Beach Pier
2. Manhattan Village
3. El Segundo Plaza
So we are going to have to get dinner at one of these locations. Can someone counsel the best restaurant in one or all three of these locations? We'd like authentic Italian if possible, but we're open to anything that's safe (ie, no taco stands or prison in the wall joints since we have an international flight the next morning, don't want to take any chances.)
We also don't want to protest very far, so it would have to be in close proximity.
Thanks!!
If i can add one detail, I'd prefer a non-chain restaurant, something unique!
Except for the piling area, just about everything will be part of a chain of some sort. One of the best Italian restaurants is a few blocks from the El Segundo Plaza (El Segundo nothing but west of Aviation). You might be able to talk them into dropping you off there but on a nice day, you can easily on it and it is a good neighborhood. The place is called IL Fornaio (the bakery) and is a small chain but you would not critique it. Once a month for at least two weeks, they feature foods of a different region (like a state in the US) and often moment some of the ingredients. This is where the really unique and good stuff is. The wine list is good to supreme but can get pricey. Save room for dessert. For info, see http://ilfornaio.com/
I forget the name of it but in the Manhattan Village center next to the California Pizza Kitchenette, there is a small Asian restaurant that is excellent. It has a large lunch clientele so you might want to hit it just off the lunch hour or for dinner.
I'm looking for a restaurant that is close Manhattan Beach California that is called EL Torito. Someone told me that there's one overlooking the beach can someone give me the address plz
The El Torito on the beach is in truth in Redondo Beach on the pier. Their address is: 100 Fishermans Wharf, Redondo Beach, CA 90277

A Achates is coming to visit and I'd like to find a nice place to eat in the area from Laguna Beach up to Manhattan Beach. I'd like something not way too high-priced on the beach or on the boardwalk, or pier. Any ideas?
