I'm looming for an apartment for lease that's not too expensive, nice, and that's close to or near Kingsborough Community College. I'm like 18 years old and I'm honest looking for a place of my own since my Mom is being.....well let's just say its a long story that I'd rather not get in to. So, any ideas?
Whose active to be paying for the rent? Typical price ranges for a studio are around 1200+ might be even more since its near the beach and a college. Satisfactory luck.

What South Bay Beach Is The Best To Live In In California? |

I am looking for a 1 bd apartment in either Manhattan, Hermosa or Redondo beach and was wondering what beach you like superior. I will most likely work in LA or maybe Burbank. Do you think it is silly to live in on the beach and work in LA. I differentiate Burbank would be out of the question for me. I am looking to go into production. Any advice will help.
I choose for Manhattan beach! there's tons to do there and it's kind of a trendy place to be right now. definitely not redondo beach... ugh... hermosa is profit too...
i'd definitely look for production work in l.a. rather than burbank.. like others said, that commute is a spoil! i work at E! Entertainment Television. They are always hiring over there (i should know, i work in the HR dept) and we're located in Miracle Mile. www.eentertainment.com/careers

Any suggestions on apartments or rentals? Anyone burning there or live around there? Know price ranges for 2 to 3 bedroom and schools?
The above flier is correct it is one of the most expensive areas of the South Bay. For a 2-3 bedroom expect to pay at least $2500/mo. However it is a Non-Standard real nice area.

Rent Apartment Between Csulb And Culver City With Good Transportation.? |

I will be studying at csulb. My betrothedée will be studying at Antioch University (Culver City). We are thinking of renting an apartment in Manhattan Beach. Is there a commodious transportation from there for both universities? Do you have other places to suggest with better transportation? Please, be as specific as possible. Acknowledgement you.
If you loaded in Manhattan Beach, he can take surface streets to Antioch pretty easily, but you will need to take the fwy (I can't imagine you'd do PCH from MB to LB every day). You might thirst to find something with a little better freeway access than Manhattan. What about Playa del Rey, Playa Vista, or El Segundo?
