What Tourist Attractions In Manhattan, New York Require Advance Reservations?

My parents and I will smite only Manhattan in New York for 3 days, from April 13 to April 15, 2009. What tourist attractions require reservations/ticket hold in advance to get in and how far (days/weeks) in advance do I have to reserve/purchase ticket? Thanks for your support.
The Effigy of Liberty requires reservation for a visitor to go inside the Monument.
Since they have a limited number of "Gravestone Access" passes, reserve it very early.
Why? Approximately 10 to 15,000 people sojourn per day.

Access to the Atoll and Monument is free, however, your parents will need to charter the ferry to get there. An "attraction behind the times" waives the ferry fee as it is included in the purchase price of the pass and lets the holder of the obsolete see other attractions.

What Are Some Good Ethnic Restaurants In Midtown Manhattan And Best Attractions?

I will be visiting New York for a twosome of days this coming weekend with a friend. It is my 1st time there, and we will be staying in middtown Manhattan. We were wondering about a attractive restaurant (preferably something unique, difficult to find anywhere else) near midtown Manhattan. Also what do you think are the must see attractions?
NYC has an fearsome array of ethnic cuisines - with its great Chinatown and Little Italy downtown.
If you go to Chinatown - certainly hit up Joe's Shanghai, they've won countless awards for their soup dumplings (FYI - they don't accept credit cards, so arise prepared with cash!). They have a few locations around NYC, but their Chinatown location is the BEST (9 Pell St), but they do have a midtown finding. And if in Chinatown, hit up the Chinatown ice cream factory - they make all of their ice cream on site, and in crazy flavors like almond, taro, immature tea, red bean, lychee, etc. My favorite is the lychee. Chinatown is also great for bargain shopping (umm... a hardly shady, but you can get knock off designer bags there!).
In the midtown area - there's an unofficial "Thimbleful Korea" (otherwise known as Koreantown) - near 8th Avenue and 32nd Street - where several blocks are filled with horrible Korean restaurants. My favorite is Kun Jip (9 W. 32nd St), where you can BBQ your own meat right at the table - they're known for their thick cut pork belly, and it's Astonishing. There are also fun karaoke places around that you can hit up late night.
For must see attractions - definitely have to go to Central Park (I love the Children's zoo, which is fun to go to in the summer - it's not the A- zoo, but definitely the cutest, I love the Polar Bear exhibit!).
Take a walk down 5th avenue, and a halt by the pricey stores, and also the Apple store (767 Fifth Ave) - which is just fun to look at.
Gray's Papaya is also a must visit (539 Eighth Avenue at 37th Suiting someone to a T), they serve great hot dogs and juices on the cheap (and was also featured in You've Got Mail, and a ton of other movies - it has a cult following in NY!).
Have afternoon tea at the Plaza Pension (although, that's a bit pricey at $60/pp, but definitely something to write home about). Or just walk around the Plaza. Enthusiastic times.
Go to the Metropolitan Museum of Art (although that's an entire day in doing just that), or MOMA (Museum of Modern Art). If affirmed the choice, I'd go to MOMA to look at Van Gogh's "Starry Night".
Hit up the TKTS compartment in Times Square (right across from MTV studios), and score cheap same day Broadway tickets.
There are letter for letter a million and a half things to do in NYC, the above mentioned are my favorites. I really hope you enjoy yourself! (And please don't go to the fasten restaurants like the Cheesecake factory that you can go to anywhere else in this country)!

Downtown Manhattan - Soho, Chinatown, Cooper Harmony, Washington Square, Wall Street, NYU, Ferry to Staten Island, FRIENDS (show)
Midtown Manhattan - Times Correct, Columbus Circle, Central Park, Grand Central Station, United Nations, Rockefeller Center, Madison Right, Empire State Building, Hard Rock Cafe, CNN, Trump Tower, The Mett.
Uptown Manhattan - Columbia University, Harlem (Apollo Center), SEINFELD.
You have got to see the hobos, manhattan hobos are the most superbly and stick around at night cause thats when the hookers come out. Oh and make sure to get the hot dogs they will fess up you out. You may want to stop on the corner to get a rolex for real cheap...such great deals in manhattan.
