Does Anyone Know Any Good Restaurants In Manhattan That Serve Kosher For Passover Food This Week?
Apr 23, 2008 by Black Rose | Posted in Passover
I keep kosher for passover and I'm looking for someplace I can go to get something to eat in the big apple tomorrow.
In Manhattan; though not conceivable; list Above is two years old. Slimly possible in Crown Heights where there are very large populations of Jewish people. Around universally; however, kosher restaurants everywhere close their operations during Passover. Grocery stores however open for the Chol HaMoed ("in-between days")
Why???
Because it extremely uneconomically feasible for restaurants to clean from and discard non-kosher for passover foods and to oxen & prepare "kosher for passover" foods primarily useful only on Chol HaMoed ("midway days") which is never more than 5 days or 4 days [outside State of Israel].
Where Is Fred's (grocery? Kosher Store? Health Food Store?) In Manhattan?

I recently asked a harbour about where to find Healthy Delites Frozen Souffles in Manhattan for LESS than $5 (preferably less than $4) and was told Fred's. Conundrum is, nothing about Freds was specified. It may be a supermarket, grocery store, kosher or health food store. Any answers?
Healthy Delites/Garden Lites Frozen Souffles In Manhattan?

Where can I buy these frozen souffles in Manhattan? For less than $5? I eat one every day, because I stocked up when they were on trafficking at Pathmark. But now it seems Pathmark is discontinuing them, and I've found them at a couple places for $5 each which is way steep for a frozen entree.
Can anyone advise? Health food store? Kosher mart? Thanks so much!

Where Can I Find *Pink Grapefruit* Mentos In Manhattan?
May 06, 2008 by amanda h | Posted in New York City
I found a kosher grocery that sells them in Brooklyn, but it's in some crazytown neighborhood off the Q on the way to Coney Atoll, and I don't think I want to spend 2 hours on the train for some candy. But I would really like to find it for my roommate. Please only rejoin if you have seen this flavor of Mentos at your local bodega!! Strawberry is good, but they have those at the one by my apartment.
The biggest vault over you'll face is that these are discontinued. (Late last year.) So if anyone has it in stock, you're going to have to grab all they have.
Your best bet may be to sodality on the internet. They come in the Australian Citrus Mix (Plus Vitamin C).

Any neighborhood where there is a at liberty population of orthodox Jews during the day.. the Diamond District, Williamsburg, and Boro Park comes to astuteness. All of those places have many Kosher restaraunts.
Also the area around Kings Highway and Coney Island Ave. (I guess that's Midwood) theres a issue of Kosher establishments, even a Kosher Subway... I went there on Christmas (not much else open), and listened to Hava Nagila playing on the muzak while I was eating my sandwich!
