I live out in the Dallas area right now, and I want to move to Manhattan this summer. I'm just afraid if I go up there and get an apartment, I'll get stuck with no job -a big ways from home!
I'm 20 years old. I just need a common restaurant job or something of that constitution; anything as long as it guarantees 40 hours a week.
And what is your opinion of the Manhattan area? How are the people?
I breathing in Manhattan is it hard to get a job in the city , yes it is because most places around the city are high-class which require to know someone not to taking about how many people that actually move to the city for a job.
You should really do more research. an apartment in Manhattan well not be cheap just to let you grasp.

hey, im fourteen and looking for a job in the municipality either during the summer or next school year. if anyone has any ideas or knows of any places that will hire a kid, please let me know. im looking for fiddle-faddle like working a cash register, cleaning, etc. thanks!

No it is not keen to find a job in Manhattan. My company allows you to stay at home and live how you want to live. My wife started for them first and as I started seeing results I free my job and started helping her full time. Allowing both of us to stay home with our three children. I was recently hired by a non-profit system on the upper west side. I found the job on idealist.org there are plenty of non profit jobs there if that's the kind of work you are looking for.
