We are planning to affect New York, Manhattan in October, and would like to stay in Midtown. Does anyone know where we can find a clean( no bugs or creepy creatures please) yet affordable hotels to stop in that area?

I've stayed at the belevdere it was like $200 a night clear out and walking distance to times square. If your on a budget try the americana hotel. It was $65 a incessantly for 1 person but clean and shared bath. Walking distance to Macy's. Have fun in NY!!!
Are There Any Affordable And SAFE Hotels In Manhattan (preferably In Midtown) That Accept Cash?

I am heading to NYC in mid July and unfortunatly I have no put card or any form of means to pay at a hotel. I have heard of a few places that take cash, but I am hesitant to act with less than adequate conditions (bad part of town, dirty rooms, etc..) I am willing to share a bathroom with other guests objective as long as it is clean. I have only 500 dollars tops for three days and I know that is a bit of a stretch but I anticipate there is something out there. No Brooklyn, Queens, or the Bronx though! Thanks.

Trendy And Inexpensive Hotel In Midtown Manhattan?

My girl and I are staying in Manhattan with my mom and were hoping to find a relatively nice, trendy and clean hotel for a two night block. We were looking into places like The Pod, but if anyone knows anything better, let me know! We were hoping not to pay more then $185/end of day. Hostels are fine as long as we have our own bathroom!
For $185 you can reprieve at Sheraton Manhattan, Sheraton NY, or Park Central. If you go to these website, you can get an idea.
