Where's The Best Place To Watch The MJ Memorial In Manhattan, Chelsea Or Harlem?
Jul 07, 2009 by redrockfilm | Posted in Other - Music
Very recently want to get some opinions on what everyone thinks is the best location to get some good footage of the MJ memorial, Harlem or Chelsea (Manhattan, NY)?
well, since the statue is in Los Angelas, which is THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COUNTRY, I don't think it would matter if you were in Manhattan, Harlem or Tim Buk Tu! LOL! If you're in those places, the best place to watch is Idiot box or INTERNET. You would have to have a super-telescopic-gps-enabled video camera in order to get 'footage' from thousands of miles away. :) congenial

Where could I go for 1500/month?
its in point of fact not that great a neighborhood, and theres a great deal of crime, especially at night. Its a great walk to the train station from some places as well, and walkin 7-8 blocks at night in a bad precinct is no bueno, homie.
Can Anyone Recommend A Good Salon In Manhattan/Harlem For A Relaxer (touchup) For African American Hair?
Feb 10, 2007 by Elle | Posted in Hair
Hi,
I'm new in midtown but anywhere in Manahattan or Harlem is commodious to me.
Can you tell me how much they charge for this service?
And which stylist you recommend there?
I was conned 4 years ago by an ameteur stylist and demolished all my hair. Was too trusting and didn't do my research then. I learned my lesson. Have had very good results from Dominican salons most recently but will try others.
Thanks in progress for your help.
there is one in the tenth entr,at the corner with lincoln boulevard. He is very very good

trains within reach: C,A,D and B
i know its not accessible through subway but how can i get to the buses that go to rikers =]
Take either the MTA Q101 or Q100 (formerly Q101R) to Rikers Isle. The Q101 originates in Manhattan, at East 59th Street and Second Avenue. It will take you to Hazen Street and 19th Avenue in Queens, which is the admission to Rikers Island.
You will have to transfer here to the Q100 (formerly Q101R) bus (as LexDiamonds mentioned above) to travel over the Rikers Cay Bridge to the Rikers Island Visit Center.
The Q100 (formerly Q101R) originates in Long Holm City at 28th Street and Bridge Plaza South (Queens Plaza) and continues to the Rikers Islet Visit Center. Consult the MTA for schedules.
