Manhattan College Or CUNY City College?

I want to main in Mechanical Engineering. I don't know if I should go to Manhattan College or CUNY City College?

someone help, please.

Answer: I'm a Jasper EE Importance of 68. I can honestly say I have never heard anyone complain that they didn't get a good education at Manhattan. I don't know about CUNYCC. I dream up that the primary determinate of what you will take away from your place of education is you, your attitude, and your willingness to do the "loaded lifting". I do know that if you graduate from Jasper-land, you will find that there are about 6k of fellow alums who you can network with. If you are specifically interested in chatting up an ME I can possibly find a dozen to talk to. Go up to any Manhattan Men's Basketball game at Draddy Gym and look for a red headed loony cheering on the body, ask for Pete Sweeney (my cousin), and ask him to aim you at some MEs. He's a CE but as past president of the alumni society, he probably be accomplished to id one right there. I'd say that if you go to MC, you won't be disappointed.

Answer: City College (most often known as CCNY) is in Manhattan, but in upper Manhattan, in Harlem. It's not about to any tourist sites, but Manhattan is pretty easy to get around. Anyway, there are no dorms there, so who knows where you will end up living.

What Is The Best Neighborhood In The Borough Of Manhattan In New York City For Recent College Graduates?

Like which precinct has affordable housing for young adults in Manhattan?

Answer: Washington Heights and East Harlem are the least up-market areas in Manhattan, but crime and noise are serious issues in those areas. Washington Heights is also inconvenient in terms of catholic transportation to jobs and nightlife, and will add a lot of time to your commute. For a similar price you may want to examine safer neighborhoods in Queens or New Jersey rather than those parts of Manhattan, and the commuting time to get to the office or shopping/nightlife districts of Manhattan are almost identical.

If you don't mind a roommate or if your budget is a little higher, look at Murray Hill, the More elevated East Side (east of 3rd Avenue), or the Upper West Side (west of Broadway). Those areas are absolutely safe, and most apartments there don't have a noise issue. It is difficult to find any decent apartment in these areas for less than $2000 - not counting fifth-deck walk-ups, ridiculously small studios, etc. - but that's a good price for Manhattan.
