Im looking for a studio or one bedroom in manhattan from 50,000-180,000 for sale.I identify its impossible to find a cheap apartment in NYC,but i have hope!!!

Answer: I went to Realtor.com,and typed in Manhattan,clicked on condos townhomes in the value range you are looking for.There was only one listing that matched in your price range.It is located at 557 west 150 roadway unit 62 Newyork,10031.It is a 1 bed 1 bath 500 sq.ft total living play for 150,000.The mls number is 291460.This property is being sold by Harlem Homes.I got there telephone numbers for you.212-961-1313 Ext.16 0r 17.One more element this condo was built in 1920.I hope I was of some help.
 
 

Can A Recent College Grad Making 54k Find An Apartment In Manhattan?

So I reasonable graduated and was hired for a sales job where my territory is Manhattan.

The Salary is 42k base+12k expected quarterly incitement bonus.

My boss is insisting that I live in my territory (Manhattan). Can I get a one bedroom anywhere in Manhattan that is not riddled with bullets ;) for what I earn? I have no debt or anything so I can spend a huge chunk of my pay on rent but I still do not know.

If not how should I talk to my new boss so I can subsist in queens or something? He is evaluating me and I do not want to get off to a bad start...

Answer: Depends on how you thirst to live? for 2000 dollars a month you can find a one bedroom apartment. Cars would become a luxury
