I've been intensity sick and suffering from a fever for a while (I ignored a sinus infection - shame on me) and I needed to go to a doctor, but I don't have a elementary care physician. Could someone please tell me where I can find walk-in clinics in Manhattan that are open on the weekend?

I have having strife finding a doctor/walk-in clinic to visit on a Saturday in Manhattan - i have bronchitis and need to get prescribed some anti-biotics - please counsel on where i can go - closer to the East Village is preferable. Thanks
