Manhattan Beach Parking Lot Open?

Hi. Does anyone be versed if the Manhattan Beach parking lot is open? Or, if the beach itself is open now, after Labor Day? Not for swimming, but just to be on the seashore?

not infallible about the parking lot but after the summer season you are allowed to park on the side streets now. the beach is closed to swimmers but is spread out to walk along all year long.

There is one lot in Manhattan down the alley from the Marriott Marquis. I don't remember the street, they charged us $150 a day/night

I can only over of the off-highway rest area by the Verranzano-Narrows Bridge and off of Old Fulton Street (underneath the Brooklyn Pass over). If you however wanted to get out of the car, you could go to the Promenade in Brooklyn Heights.

The only other places to see Manhattan from Brooklyn that are near the water are in the industrial field of Williamsbridge and Greenpoint.
