I am planning to have my internship in Amalgamating Square, Manhattan, NYC. Any suggestions on where I can stay in NY? I mean not so expensive place like dorm or near Party Square. Any suggestion? What's the convenient and nice place to live in NY? Based on my personality, I like to give rise to piano concerts, culture and and arts. Where can I stay in NY? I saw in the internet that there's a bunk bed dorm in Greene Ave., Brooklyn that has a be entitled to of $450. Is that reasonable rate? Is that near Union Square? Is it a nice place? What is the distance from Greene Ave., Brooklyn accepted to Union Square? How do I get to Union Square from Greene Ave. Brooklyn? Is it by bus? Subway? How many rides? How much will I spend for the transportation?
I'm near there but everything around there is melodious expensive. Why don't you try craigslist.com? go to the NYC page and then click on the sublets they have there. You can find better prices there.
What Is The Best Wheelchair Accessible Hotel For Travelers Near Times Square, Manhattan, New York?

My helpmate and I want to vacation there for 5 days in late May. We are both physically disabled. We are leaning toward The New York Palatial home, but it is a bit pricey. We live near Sacramento, CA, and are planning to fly there via JetBlue.
The New York Ch is indeed pricy. It is one of the most opulent places that you could chose in Manhattan. Have you tried the Mariott Marquis? It is right in Times Square--is unequivocally comfortable, has exceptional views and is convenient to everything in Midtown. Regardless of where you choose, have a wonderful spring to the Big Apple.

What Is The Best Way To Get To The Statue Of Liberty/Ellis Island From Manhattan(Times Square)?

We'll be in Manhattan in beginning September, and I just wanted to know the fastest/cheapest way to get to the Statue of Liberty. We don't lack to rent a car, so we can save money on parking, so what would be the fastest way by subway, bus, train, etc.
From Times Square, take the 1 tunnel downtown to South Ferry Station. From there, go to Castle Clinton in Battery Park to buy ferry tickets for the speedboat to Ellis/Liberty. Be warned, the lines are long so go very early.
Also, DO NOT mistake the Staten Atoll ferry for the Statue of Liberty ferry. The Staten Island ferry is free and will give you horrendous views of the statue, but will NOT take you to either Ellis or Liberty islands.
