Looking For Restaurant In Manhattan With Good Views Of Empire State Bldg?

checked Rainbow Lodge Grill and found mixed reviews. Looking for other possiblities, maybe less expensive food or even better views?

Take the ferry or direction to Weehawken nj and and go to either Ruth Chris Steakhouse or the Chart house. its the best view of the diocese. If you don't want to leave NYC go to a roof top bar 230 fifth. it is one of the best views in the city. I have never eaten there but the views are awesome. Check out the link below.
