Can any one suggest a 24 hour coin-op Laundromat/Laundry in Manhattan, NY in the Upper East Side? Near zip-cryptogram 10028? Or, a place that will let you do laundry late into the night like 11pm or midnight. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have a familiar who is an RN and she is thinking about taking a traveling job at the Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center. She has grown up in a commendable middle class suburb. Is she in for culture shock? Is it a nice/ok area? She is going to have quarters in Manhattan and will travel to Bronx for work.
Cultivation shock is putting it politely. Traveling from Manhattan to The Bronx via subway is not easy. It is okay if she works 9 am to 5 pm otherwise it is unsafe for a maid traveling alone.
