Basic branch of New York Public Library is now called Stephen A. Schwarzman Building, but it only remark library, so you cannot borrow.
Best public library will be Mid-Manhattan Library because it opens 7-days.
However, making region is very tough.

What Are The Cross Streets For The Main Public Library In Midtown Manhattan?

attentive when answering, I am not looking for the address
What most people invent of as the "main branch" is a research facility, not a lending library, but it's on the corner of 5th Avenue, between West 42nd In someone's bailiwick and West 40th Street in midtown Manhattan.
I owe of $200 on my library practical joker, and instead of paying it, I want to xerox 159 pages of a very heavy tomb-like tome. It is at the manhattan library and I was planning on going their to xerox it. Is this allowed at a library? I never go to the library because I can never take any books out! So is it allowed to carbon copy over 100 pages of a book in a library? Do they have xerox machines there?
You can, but ythey will not. It is de facto illegal, but no one will tell you anything.
Where Can I Find A Quite Place To Study In Manhattan?

Interested in libraries that are contribute 24/7 or at least have late hours. Weekend hours would be great too. Also wondering about college or law denomination libraries that might not require that you be a student at that school. Not as interested in coffee shops as study lounges or libraries.
Categorically, all you need to do is explore the town, find a niche, and just hang out there. I doubt you find any libraries that stay unclosed too late. Check out the close to you campus' to see if they can help your problem as well.
