On the tube, how long does it take to get from Pelham Bay Park to Manhattan (Grand Central stop) on the subway (6 uncover)? How many stops are there?

the time also depends on if there is weekend and/overnight track work.
It should take, on a regular afternoon, like today, around 35-45 minutes.
There are 28 stops if the exercise is going local all of the way.
Mon-Fri for the AM rush hour the Pelham Bay train goes express from Parkchester to 3rd Ave - 138th In someone's bailiwick.
I would tell most people to get on the train at least an hour BEfore you have to be at GCT.

A bus or succession will do. It doesn't HAVE to be grand forks and manhattan, but preferably. I am having trouble finding a good website that will bibliography the prices and routes.
I have family in Junction City, KA and I live in North Dakota. I would like to stop in them any way other than a plane.

I'm in view of moving back to CT and Bridgeport would be the closest commuter rail for me. Is there any cheaper (and safer) parking than at the rank? I called and they said it's $6/day. I know it doesn't sound like alot, but monthly it does add up!
The website below may have some ideas as to below cost parking in Bridgeport - maybe monthly programs exist for less than $100 a month or $3 a day?

This is the first dated I visit New Jersey and Manhattan.
I am planning to arrive to New Ark Airport at 7:00 pm do you think I will have any trouble on that and any alternate ways to get there, thanks for your experience
Either Amtrak or NJ passage will be departure EWR to Pen station ( 30 min)then take subway A,C,E to 42nd St and transfer 7 to grand central ( 10 min)

If you can go a scrap south of Grand Central to Lexington or 3rd Avenues in the upper East 20's, there are plenty of agreeable Indian restaurants in that neighborhood. In fact it's called "Curry Hill." Look for the cab drivers charming a break.
