Good Primary Care Physician In New York/Manhattan?

I impartial moved to New York and am living in Chelsea on the west side. Does anyone have excellent experiences with a miscellaneous practitioner/internal medicine/family practice doctor as their primary care physician? The closer to stingingly, the better, but I'm willing to travel for good health care.
Not in manhattan- but in greensward slope, brooklyn is a great internist Dr. Jeffrey Vieira with Long Island College Infirmary- the guy knows his stufff-
He was recommended to me by 3 people and i would recommend him- great bedside manner and illustrious current knowledge of issues and healthcare treatments.
actually i think he has an office in brooklyn heights too- it'll only be like a 20 min pester- not too bad!

homily. They hide behind the Constitution, but secretly they loathe what it entails. Conservatives like Ann Coulter(family oriented but has no family, loves Manhattan Kansas, but lives in Manhattan New York, hates gays, but is swinging both ways, is all for the military as long as someone other than in her family serves) say one thing and practices another. According to her, she is a born again presbyterian. The father of the church she said she said she is a member of said he has never heard of her. She drinks and smokes and is holier than thou. Is anything genuine about these people? She critisizes women who lost husbands in 911 as exploiting their grief and inclined their husbands are dead. The only bad publicity for this publicity slut is no news. She thrives on controversy. She is a publicity whore. The hearsay media should be unfettered and unafraid to do its sacred duty of informing the public.
I am curious. You can say whore but not slut? What is the character? Who makes these rules?

good point. She represents only herself and not all conservatives, but still, a large number of conservatives do concede with her.
i judge devise between her being evil and tom cruise being nuts, they deserve each other. But on a lighter note, she is just getting what she wants properly now, a rise out of everyone. Let it go and let her go back to the rock she crawled out from under.
How Much Is The Average Pay For LPNS And/or CNAs In NYC?

Hello all,
I am currently working in Midtown Manhattan as an adminstrative join making nearly $20 per hour. The medical field is my passion and I am avidly pursuing it. I was wondering if there were any LPNs or CNAs out there that can charge me what their starting pay rate was. Preferably those who have started recently at this practice. I know different fields build differnt money. I would most likely work in the OB/GYN, Labor/ Delivery, or Family Practice field. I am also wondering how the toil weeks are. I was hoping to start as an LPN or CNA and work 3 days a week 12 hour shifts and at college full-time for my Bachelors in Nursing on my off days. Can someone please give me their knowledge on this?

My alternative other works in Baltimore as a CNA 17ys in the field, she's making 18 per hr, but says, entry level CNA's purloin usually start about 12 per hr with their certifications, but the wages may run from 12 - 22 per hr. depending on education & sample.

When I impression my future I picture me being successful, living in a large city like Manhattan or Boston and having a fast job. I'm majoring in Psychology and I wouldn't mind being a Clinical Psychologist with my own practice and specializing in Marriage and Family psychotherapy. I've taken a billion career aptitude tests online and basically every single one said that I would restore b succeed a good therapist because I'm good with people. However, ever since I was little I wanted to be a vet. The thing is I hate chemistry and blood and can't artwork myself putting an animal to sleep. I know people say you get used to it but I don't think I want to get employed to killing an animal or having guts and blood in my hands. I honestly can't see myself in the profession but for some convince I don't want to let it go. What should I do? Are there any careers that encompass both psychology and animals?
To become a psychologist you have to get a doctorate. This will take you enough employment that any animal studies will distract you from what you will make your living at. And any animal involved job not involving being a vet will pay a lot less.
However, nothing will cut off you from volunteering when you can at animal shelters where you may continue your other interest and to help out our furry friends. Besides, by doing that and your psych doctorate perhaps your enquiry for you doctorate could be how animal behavior mimics human behavior in so many ways.

My first bit was Animal Behavior and Ethology which is concerned with what animals do and the neural mechanisms that enable them to do it. I may be too much on the principles side for you, but like psychology you'll seek answers for why animals, not people, do what they do.
Thing is not many colleges offering a major in that. Checking on http://collegesearch.collegeboard.com/se arch/adv_typeofschool.jsp the only colleges that present oneself a major in animal behavior and ethology are Bucknell University, Carroll University, Northern Arizona University, University of North Dakota.
