Closest Neighborhoods To Borough Of Manhattan Community College?

so ive seen a several of question like this but i have never been in new york and i wanted to know if anyone knows of some safe cities/neighborhoods that have a nice night life and approximately how much rent would be.
p.s. ive looked at some places like chelsea and soho, but please discern me if you know of other cities that are close to borough of manhattan community college and how the rent goes.
BMCC is really in Tribeca. Closer parts are Battery Park, and Greenwich Village. I don't know how much rent goes for.

my cousin is in her in 20s and wants to do something like
diagnostic ultra sound technician (preferred) i think this is like sonography
or radiology technician..
but she only wants to go to a community college in manhattan that offers one of these courses in which you despatch in 2 (instead of 4) years.
ive researched but cant find ??

I'm 14 and I inadequacy to become a actress. But I need experience on my resume so I can get agents to look at me. And I hear a good way to start is by performing in community theaters. I only need to know where is the community theater in Manhattan.
