Do You Know Any Places In New York (manhattan, Bronx) To Hang Out Or Chill?

I'm looking for a stick to hang out or just chill with two of my friends. Arcades, cafes, large bookstores anything. It can be in Manhattan or the bronx. I discern manhattan is where everything is anyway. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
You can always conclusion over to a Starbucks. Also the Barnes & Nobles by Rockefeller Center. Or better yet....go downstairs in Rockefeller Center--this is where they have restaurants and shopping and you can sit by the Starbucks and hold the phone out and watch the ice skaters. You can also head over to Dave & Busters on 42nd Street.

i deficiency to know if there's any place where teens could hangout. if you know any teen clubs , could you tell me but they have to in the bronx or manhattan.
If you can't do mature things that's about it. Try a YMCA.

also has anyone ever heard of spacehunters in the townsperson papers? I saw their ad in the daily news and NY post? Are they legitimate and honest company ?

I am looking to put on my older cat to a vet in the bronx or upper manhattan in nyc. the only thing is i am looking for a vet that offers a discount to either students or persons revieving universal assistance. does anyone know of a vet in this area? thank you
