Does Anybody Know Good Stores To Shop In The Lower East Side Of Manhattan?

Like I'm prosperous shopping soon and I heard theres some good stores on the Lower East Side (plus thats where my grammar is at) but yeah I don't know where the good stores are at. I want a store thats kind of old-fashioned but has like punk-ish clothing. Like I know theres hot topic in the Queens mall but I don't wanna voyage all the way out there. So yeah any good accessory store, with cool clothing?
How Do You Get To The East Village/Lower East Side Of Manhattan From Penn Station?

To get to the Lower East Side, take the A, C or E teach from Penn Station to W 4 St, then transfer to the F or V train. The V ends at Lower East Side-2 Av station, while the F continues farther into the Lower East Side (Delancey St, East Broadway) and on to Brooklyn.
The East Village is north of the Lower East Side, and the northern borders of the East Village is 14th St. Instead of transferring at W 4 St you could get off at 14 St and take the L train to 3 Av or 1 Av.

Does anyone conscious about second avenue and the lower east side of Manhattan? My daughter, she is 26, tiny and petite, will be going there this evening to pick up a dog she is adopting. I miss to make sure she will be safe, or should she go with someone?
