What Schools In Manhattan Fit What I'm Looking For?

Hi well I'm currently a freshman at a community college in Orange County in California, and I would like to change to a college in Manhattan next year or at worst my junior year. I'm a communications/marketing major, and I would like my school to forth that. A nice reputation would be nice, and I need dorms!!!
I'm a good student, but since I'm attending a community college and my SAT scores werent that horrible I doubt that a school like NYU or Columbia would take me. I'm aiming for a minimum 3.5 gpa (hopefully higher) before I along. I have good EC's, and I'm a good applicant but I would like a few options.
From what I've heard... Hunter doesnt put up housing... Manhattan College is supposedly bad/boring/I'm jewish lol... I've heard good things about Fordham but they dont put up for sale dorms... And the Pace camous in Manhattan doesnt offer my major...
The only one who offers dorms, my bigger, and that would accept me is Marymont Manhattan but I hear if your not a film/drama major it's a waste of time to go there, and they arent that much respected...
Do I have any other options?? Am I recidivate b fail about anything I've read?
Manhattan college and Fordham aren't that bad. If you demand to go to school around or in the city the top two will obviously be Columbia University and NYU, Columbia is definitely out of your reach. NYU might be a high aim or a low reach. I love NYU and I plan on going to MC and transferring to NYU to complete my B.A's. I want to go to a top medical school but that is another piece which I don't need to tell you.
I would shoot for NYU. It isn't that hard to get into if you put in the time and effort.

I've worked with some interdict people in my office for a long time. And hey've always complaned to me about my religion and my people. They usually say that Jewish people own America, diamonds, Holywood, Manhattan. They are lawyers, doctors, dentists and they are not interested in infernal people becoming rich and smart, because Jewish people need a cheap labor.
I live in Brooklyn(NY), and I sometimes understand when Black people tell to get out of here. Some of our our children are beatten up at the schools by blacks just because we are Jewish and supplant our culture and religion.
Isn't this just a prejudice and discrimination?

Well, I am 28 yrs old. I am only succeeding now for my GED (which is equivalent to a high school diploma). I was born and raised in the U.S. But I went only to Hebrew schools (being Ultra Official Jewish). I never went to regular H.S. (my parents never sent me to one). I was married, and have one kid. Now I am divorced. I live in Manhattan, and I trade part-time. My budget is very tight, I barely have enough money to support myself. Though, I think I am a very nice in the flesh, but I'm having a very hard time making friends with girls, obviously because I grew up not having much to do with girls.
