I will be transferring there at bottom, and I will be getting a new phone, the LG Voyager. What are my chances of having it stolen in HCHS in Manhattan?
I know HCHS is a very formal nursery school, but there still are possibilities.
As likely as not as good (or bad) as anything else. If you keep it with you ALL the time, don't leave it where anyone can pick it up, don't show it off to people you don't know, and lock it up when you need to, you should be okay.
Formal has nothing to do with anything. There are as many thieves and sneaks in extravagant schools as there are in regular or "poor" schools. Maybe more, since they get away with so much.

About 30 minutes without freight. It would be a lot better if you take public transit instead. Since you're going to Hunter College, here's how to get there by public transit.
Step 1: position a $4.50 MetroCard from any Hudson News stand at the airport and take the M60 bus from the airport to the Astoria Blvd tunnel station.
Step 2: at the Astoria Blvd subway station, transfer to the Manhattan-secured (westbound) "N" or "W" subway lines (Yellow Face on the map). Take either line from Astoria Blvd to Lexington Avenue-59th Street.
Step 3: at Lexington Avenue-59th Road, transfer upstairs to the uptown #6 train, which will take you from 59th Street to 68th Street-Hunter College.

I'm present for accounting and I don't really know what college i should choose...I'm also looking at Dowling College, Brooklyn College, Binghamton University, and Hunter College...I longing a good school that isn't too much money. any suggestions?
Never heard of it, which is a bad deliver. If you want a good school at an affordable rate, stick with just the SUNY/CUNY schools like SUNY Binghampton or CUNY Hunter College. Both are very considerable colleges.
