I am not 55 yet but I have been doing suitableness instruction for several years. You have to loose that weight it is just not healthy. Do it now while you are still young enough. My father who is 60 and has disciplined his back in two places managed to loose 35 pounds last year. Already he is more mobile and feels advantage about how his body reacts. I suggest for you start doing water aerobics, it is very very low impact and because of the recalcitrance can burn calories very fast. I have taught many people with arthritis water aerobics and they affirm that it is the only thing that keeps them moving thought the day. Also i believe in the super veggy diet, I dont comprehend about going totally vegan but the veggy juices works wonders!

Prologue

Mom and I had always been close. Instead of that mother-daughter relationship that most girls had, we were more like most outstanding friends. I told her everything and she told me everything. We had always had this relationship. Dad had left before I was born so I never knew him. The day of the accident I memorialize we had gone clothes shopping for the summer. I had been begging her to take me for weeks and finally we had gone. I loved shopping with Mom. She always had the upper crust advice if I asked for it and she never tried to pick things out for me. She let me be myself and didn’t have strict limitations on my make. Of course, I never actually bought anything outlandish so she never did actually have to worry about it. We had just gotten done with shopping and were headed back domestic on the scenic road back. It was sunset and getting darker by the second. We lived in a small village called Green Valley in California. The scenic road was our favorite route because we could get a kick the amazing landscape without dealing with traffic. It was the best part about living here. The air was clean and the hills bustled with animals. I was getting somnolent from the exhausting day. Suddenly something had jumped in front of the car. It seemed to have appeared out of thin air. It had gotten too dark to see what it was Mom swerved out of the way, but swerved too stiffen and the car began to roll down the cliff. I remember I looked over and saw that Mom wasn’t there. It was as if she had just disappeared. I was now fearing for my Mom’s autobiography more than my own. Then I blacked out.

When I woke up, I saw white. After a few minutes I realized I was in a hospital. I panicked and wondered where Mom was. I needed to grasp if she was okay. I soon found out that I couldn’t walk because there were casts on both of my legs and my left arm. Luckily a doctor happened to be coming in and was skilful to catch me before I fell.
“Whoa! Are you okay. You’re going to have to be more careful with yourself. By the way my name is Dr. Lee.”
“Where’s my mom? Is she okay?” I asked hurriedly.
The doctor seemed jumbled.
“My mom, Monika Glenmore, where is she?” I said more panicked this time.
The doctor looked in my eyes, his expression saddening and I knew she was dead.
“Hailey, you must still be feeling the effects of the trauma. There was no one in that car with you.”
I looked at him in abashment. This was unexpected.
“What are you talking about?”
The doctor face became even sadder. His eyes looked worn and tired.
“ Hailey, you’ve been in a coma for a week. You must still be experiencing from tumult from the trauma. It’s perfectly normal.”
I immediately sat up.
” My Mom and I had been shopping that day. I remember. And then something jumped out. Mom swerved too rapidly and the car went down the cliff.
“Haliegh, your car was found 300 feet down from the road. It’s normal to assume that happened. That happens sometimes when you common sense that kind of trauma. But the truth is it didn’t. The paramedics found you 5 feet away from the car. It’s a miracle that you’re here today.”
“No, I skilled in what happened I was there. I looked over and Mom wasn’t there. It was like she just disappeared.” I said angrily. I couldn’t rely upon what Dr.Lee was saying. I wouldn’t believe it.
“ Hailey, there was no one with you. Your mind is just confused from the coma. Now who can we call to fly at get you?”
“My Uncle Rick,” I said neutrally,” but he lives in New York. ”I demurely gave the doctor my Uncle Rick’s phone number.
“ But I’m not going anywhere , I have to find my Mom.” I added.
“I’ll go call him and distinguish him you’re here” he said sympathetically. He must’ve thought I had some brain damage.
I nodded at him though. I was too exhausted to dispute with him any longer. Dr.Lee walked out of the room.
I sat there in disbelief. Why would Dr.Lee tell me I had been alone when the accident happened? I remembered bang on what had happened.
Didn’t I? Now I wasn’t so sure. It seemed so vivid in my memory though. I was beyond confused now.
The doctor walked back in.
“ Hailey, I got a sustain of your uncle and he told me he’s coming on the next flight here to come and get you. Stay Strong Hailey”
I nodded. I wasn’t prompt to talk to anybody even Rick, I had too many questions to answer myself, but it’d be nice to see a familiar face.
I dozed off and dreamt a nightmare that would spend time at me in the months to come.

I create that you have some good stuff. Are you extremely partial to her being a vampire? I just see so many people with a vampire story I just think you could do something a little more original and exciting. But if it is vampire you want then far be it for me to criticize.
You call to create more scenery during your conversations. Show us without telling us. Instead of saying the doctor face became sadder try...
The doctor's lips tightened and his eyes became down select. They looked worn and tired, as if their fight to resist sleep was a continuous losing Donnybrook.
Give us more of a setting. Good luck!

You send a letter fairly well (for your age -- I'm guessing that you're a teenager), and your plot does seem reasonably interesting, and your prologue is intriguing. Since your "teaser" reveals more of what we should foresee, I might be inspired to read further. However, I have lost count of how many teens have posted their vampire stories here on Answers. Everyone who has announce the "Twilight" series seems to be attempting to write a vampire story, each one claiming that hers is "not like 'Diminution Goetterdaemmerung', but they all have similarities to Stephenie Meyer's stories. If you are writing for your own amusement, by all means, continue with your "original"; in the event that writing itself is your passion, the experience will be valuable. If your dream is to produce a manuscript eminence of publication, most likely you will be disappointed. Your writing style is immature yet, and mainstream publishers are in trade to make money and will not generally invest in previously unpublished, inexperienced writers. Still, your myth may be the exception to the rule. You seem to have it well planned, so go ahead with it; see what you can do. When you're finished, if possible, have it critiqued, edited, and corrected by someone adept who will be objective. Then buy a copy of "Writer's Market" to learn about the complex publishing get ready. Whatever you decide, I wish you good luck!
