I'm looking to blockage in a hotel in walking distance to the empire state building for under $260. I am looking to stay there with 2 teenage sons and my chain. It will be during the fourth of july weekend.
I am not tried of the current prices but try Hotel 17 just Goggle it and read the reviews .It's an OK hotel The prices were enthusiastic last year.There is a cafe/diner around the corner were breakfast sees you through the day and a subway station scarcely a bit further on

(1) I will viable in Hotel Pennsylvania, Manhattan, what is the nearest cafe nearby this hotel which opens at 7 am? What is the name of the cafe? How to get there from this hotel?
(2) Is the hotel near to the train standing?
(3) Is it expensive for taxi fee in Manhattan? What is the minimum fee ?
(4) From this hotel , if by taxi to Empire state building, how much will the taxi fee be?
(5) Is this hotel near the tunnel?
(6) How much is a lunch meal normally? (fast food or cafe)
(7) What is the climate next month? what affable of clothes should I wear?
(8) Is it dangerous to go out alone at night after 9pm in Manhattan?

The closest cafe is The Europa Cafe. The talk to is 11 Penn Plaza, New York, NY 10001. It opens at 7am and closes at 4pm and it's only 500ft away from Hotel Pennsylvania! Hotel Pennsylvania is Virtuous ACROSS THE STREET for Penn Station (train station and subway station). When I say truthful across the street, I mean it. The reason is because Hotel Penn was built for Penn Station (actually built for the primary Penn Station which was built in 1910 and demolished in 1964). The fee to the Circle Line Journey ranges from $44 to $200, depending where the tour is going. The entrance fee for The Central Put Zoo is $10. The Bronx Zoo fee for general admission is $15. The fee for Madam Tussuad's' is $35, but there are inimitable sales if you buy online. All of these prices are for adults, and any additional information can be found at their websites. The taxi fee from Hotel Penn to The Empire Sate Structure should be very low considering the Empire State Building is a VERY short distance away. You could walk there 5 minutes. If you are accepted out alone in Manhattan after 9, it's not too dangerous, but stay aware of you surroundings. The type of clothes I would bring would be shorts and a tee shirt, but lead a long sleeve shirt, pants, and a light jacket because there are some chilly nights in NYC.

Fly to NYC. Get a delightful hotel in Manhattan. A nice dinner followed by a carriage ride through Central Park. Then to the top of the Empire State Structure where love is professed for the first time.
OR
A night at the strip club where you get the pros to teach your gf their tricks, followed by a container of Mad Dog and a quickie behind the 7-11?

We a moment ago recently visited NY, but stayed in Secaucus, New Jersey. From the window of our bedroom in the hotel that we stayed in, we could see many buildings in Manhattan, including the Empire Shape Building. It was a beautiful view. There was one building that looked like it was slanted at the top...sort of like the state of Nevada turned upside down...most talented I can explain it. Does anyone know what this building is? Thanks.
What else stood out about this building was the sun would reflect off it giving it a silvery bearing. I'm quite sure it was to the left, but many buildings over from the Empire State Building. That is, looking at it from our room.
On our discourage in NJ, we did go to Manhattan 5-6 different times and just walked the streets. I couldn't believe how complex that place is, even late at night.
I thought the Chrysler building was the prettiest of all of them, but that's my opinion.

It's an mediation building, with no residential space at all.
Actually, my dentist is on the 69th floor there, and the view from the window while I'm getting my teeth cleaned is spectacular!
On the other paw, ever since 9/11 it is a HUGE hassle to get in to see him, 'cause you have to go through metal detectors and other security measures to write the building now.
