If you take Lots Parkway in Brooklyn to the Battery Tunnel into Manhattan about 20 minutes. Depending on traffic of circuit. By the way, the southern end of Ocean Parkway is Coney Island.

Temp Agencies In New York City.. Which Ones Are The Best? Any Experience With A Temp Agency?

I recently graduated from college with a level in Business Management and I'm still looking, looking, looking for that 1st job. My intent is to try a temp agency in New York City, Manhattan extent (Midtown or below preferably). I heard of Ranstad and The Tuttle Agency in the past, along with Adecco. Are there any out there besides these 3 that are usefulness looking into?

Also, it would help a ton if you have had any experience with a NYC temp agency in the past. My goal is to find a position that is temp-to-perm and involves administrative, part work.

Do You Have To Be Semi-rich To Live In The Village (section Of Manhattan), New York City?

I was born and raised in Midtown Manhattan and have recently visited the Village and ate at a pleasing French restaurant called The A.O.C.. I fell in love with the Village instantly and would like to understand what kinds of jobs the people hold, who live there, and what types of salaries they are on in order to real in the Village.

Also, how much is the average rent of a niceeee apartment there?

What is the average price of an apartment to buy in the Village too?


In my erection in Midtown Manhattan, the cost to buy an apartment on average is between $750k-$850k, sometimes more or lower, around $300k.

I am 17 and am very intrusive because I am looking to major in either Finance or Accounting in college and would like to know if a job in those fields (in N.Y.C.) would keep a life in the Village.

Any help/information would be great!!!

You can and should contain rental and sales prices yourself on newyork.craigslist.org; the Sunday New York Times also prints many ads for apartment sales. A 1BR apartment in the cardinal part of Greenwich Village will run you at least $2000/month, probably more like $3000. To buy, a similar apartment will sell for at least $600,000. With a finance degree you may be able to get a Wall Street/investment banking job and contribute that sooner rather than later. You might also consider the East Village, where prices are generally lower.
