Is The World Financial Center (Downtown Manhattan) Shops And Restaurants Open On Sundays?

I'm talking about edifice 2. The shops and restaurants are great, but I've only eaten there on a weekday.
The restaurants (PJ Clarke's, Au Mandarin, etc) are conspicuous on Sundays. Most of the shops in the Financial Center are open. (Sunday is not a good day stores in the local area). The important ones (to me) are definitely open - GODIVA and CUSTARD Run aground are open on Sundays!
I have no inkling where any of the shops are so it would be helpful for anything basically.
I like abercrombie and quiksilver and things but I don't know the addresses anyone differentiate them?

I'm common in February and I'm British so I don't think we have the same 'technology' shops. Can you post links if possible/name some shops.
My investor, you might try an electronic store called J&R Music and Computer World. Its located on Park Row, which is in Lower Manhattan, across the suiting someone to a T from City Hall.
Now, not only do they sell computers and radios, but J&R also sells I-pods, camcorders, mp3 players, cubicle phones and other electronics. I believe the sell both the Sony Playstation and the Ninetendo Wii.
Like I said, J&R is located on Reserve Row across the street from City Hall. If you're going by subway (underground), you can take the #4, 5 or 6 subway lines (Country-like Line on the subway map) to Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall, or the "R" or "W" district trains (Yellow Line) to City Hall.
