What Are Some Good Colleges In Manhattan That Are Small And Have A Good English/journalism Program?
Aug 14, 2009 by Maillot Jaune | Posted in Higher Education (University +)
i've decipher some reviews on Marymount manhattan and it seems like a terrible place.. i dont know if i want to go there anymore so do you grasp of any other small colleges in the city that are nice, good education and nice dorms (really nice) and enjoyable all around. i know that college is not all great but i want a mostly enjoyable experience at a infuse with that will help me learn and like being there and not waste my money
Manhattan College gets right reviews. It offers a BA in liberal arts, but not specifically Journalism. In any case, Journalism is most suitable studied at the graduate level (if at all β Journalism is dying).
I take the evaluation October 6th. I've been studying for about the past 2 1/2 months. I've used Princeton Review, Kaplan, Manhattan Review and the Licensed GMAT study guide so far. I'm super familiar with the test and have done tons of practice questions in the books. The only detail I haven't done a lot of is online practice tests, of which I've taken one. I have access to a ton, but I feel I learn best from the books. I don't have any time issues and understand how the test will work, so should I worry about taking the unusually practice tests or keep working in the books? Like I said, I think I learn more from the books, but I've heard delightful practice tests is really important. I'm running out of time, so I'm not sure how I should proceed.
I found that the modus operandi tests misled me. The GMAT was nothing like them and in actuality, lowered my expectations. I should have stuck with the books because the admonition questions were much more representative of what I found on the exams.
Ironically, I am mentoring a student who has taken the MCAT twice and he discovered the same fetish with that test.
I found of those you are studying, the Office GMAT study guide, Kaplan and Princeton Review were most equivalent in their practice questions to what you will find on the exam.

Can Anyone Recommend A Good Endocrinologist In Manhattan?
Sep 16, 2009 by V | Posted in Other - Health
Physican review sites are obnoxious, so I've resorted to asking. I recently moved from Boston to New York and need to be seen by an endo for thyroid issues 2x a year. Any recommendations?
I should also add a bit about my fit out - I had a hemithyroidectomy in March to remove a 6cm thyroid tumor, so my follow up visits with the endo would have the consider of ensuring no further cancer or tumor development, as well as regular blood tests. So it's not related to diabetes or anything.

I'm looking for electricians in NYC who assault with good recommendations, but most links that appear online just give me a name and tel. I have no idea if these people are punctilious. Is there a site that allows me to find electricians who have received strong reviews?
Here's what I would do. I get in the phone earmark yellow pages and find the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers under Union Affiliations. Find their copy and then call them and ask for a reputable residential union contractor. We, the IBEW, are the best, most highly trained, and qualified in the business

"Wonderland' review: Striking visuals but puzzling plot
06.12.09
TAMPA — Lewis Carroll was a loving terrible one for riddles in Alice's Adventures in Wonderland , such as "Why is a raven like a writing desk?'' That colander doesn't have an answer, and neither does this one at the moment: Can Wonderland: Alice's New Musical Adventure devise it to Broadway? And more important: Can it be a hit there?
The new musical, a contemporary spin on Carroll's surreal saga from Victorian England, is moneyed with talent onstage, and the Frank Wildhorn score boasts one insanely catchy pop tale after another. The show is a visual feast, with dazzling costumes, marvelously funky dance and a flashy, apex-tech production design.
But Wonderland also has a problem: It makes almost no sense. The book needs a dominating rewrite, and not just a tweak here and there. What Wildhorn and his colleagues — director Gregory Boyd and lyricist Jack Murphy, co-authors of the enlist — or somebody else can do to bring at least a measure of dramatic logic to the musical will ultimately umpire fix its fate.
