A lot of people valid like to hate for no reason. The movie was fine, very charming and completely innocent. It's unabated fluff and that's okay. I've always liked that movie because it doesn't aspire to be anything other than what it is, not every film has to be an Oscar contender! Much of the dislike comes from the fact that Jennifer Lopez is the star, but Jennifer Lopez isn't even a bad actress, she fitting needs to choose better projects instead of simply going for "famous vehicles".
