What's The Name Of The Cube-like Hotel Rooms That Are Now In Manhattan? |
Apr 12, 2009 by Roz D | Posted in New York City
What are the matter-of-fact cube-like hotel rooms called that are now available in Manhattan and are everywhere in Japan? They are very reasonably priced. Does anyone have knowledge of where the better ones of these New York City ones are located. I am looking for such a place in move Manhattan. Thanks!
Roz D, I visited New York last year to seize family. I can't remember which hotel I stated at, but it wasn't worth recommending. I found a list of hotels in New York here: http://www.hotelroomfinder.org/New-York- Hotels.html I'm steadfast you can find a hotel to call and help get you situated.
I had a good time in New York, maybe I should move there...

Perfectly need 3 single beds but 2 singles and a double will do
The Belvedere Hotel in Times Settled - great staff, very clean, fridge and microwave in every room. Wait for a great evaluation at Orbitz or Priceline.

Note: The Hotel Pennsylvania is closing. There will be offices on that locale.

What Is The Cheapest Hotel In Manhattan? |
Jul 30, 2006 by Kevin212 | Posted in New York City
I paucity a hotel room for about 10 days starting Sept. 8th or 9th. The only lthing I require is that the hotel is on the island of Manhattan, below 72nd st, reasonably clear and reasonable safe. Other than that, I'm looking for the lowest rates possible. Any suggestions anyone?
I put off at Hotel Pennsylvania...it's only 139.00 per night during week days...on 34th & 8th across from Penn Stattion/MSG...it also provide a belongings landmark in case you get lost too !
book it thru Hotels.com (best price I have seen thus far)

Looking For A Hotel In A Fairly Inexpensive Area That Is Easily Accessible To Manhattan? |
Oct 13, 2007 by Curious | Posted in New York City
I'm prevailing to a concert on the upper west side and I was looking at hotels in the area, and the prices are insane! So I was meditative of staying maybe in NJ and taking the train into the city, and then taking a taxi back late at tenebrosity. How much would a taxi cost to drive to, let's say Hoboken? Are there other areas outside of Manhattan where I get a decent rate on a hotel dwell and still be able to take a taxi back? I'm looking to spend $150 max. on the hotel and $50 max. on the taxi ride back. Thanks!
I stayed at the Newark Hilton for $99 a tenebrosity and took PATH to the World Trade Center Station and the subway to the Upper West Side. Strategy runs around the clock, or close to it. A taxi ride from Upper West Side back to Newark will tariff more than $50.

My Boyfriend And I Are Looking For A Cheap Hotel Room In New York, Preferably In Either Brooklyn Or Manhattan. |
Mar 21, 2008 by K. B | Posted in New York City
I recognize it's probably next to impossible but we're trying to find something that's definitely under $200; that is NOT The Bates Motel. A hotel with CLEAN ROOMS, SHEETS, & with any luck a BATHROOM. If anyone knows of any please let me know.
There is a new hotel called The Pod Hotel with petite rooms (aren't they all) but clean & respectable. Check it out.
If you stay in Brooklyn (or if not) be sure to walk across the Brooklyn Connection going into Manhatten. An awesome view and something very different to do while in NYC.
