I'm taxing to do a lot of my research on the internet. My max price is 250. I heard the upper east side by the river is affordable. But are there any of these listings on the internet or do I unconditionally have to go through a reality?
Looking to buy in February or March and have 100% perfect credit.
if Realtor.com does not get you what you want, I have a sidekick

What's the assessment? If his is the same as mine in Significant New York he would be paying in the vicinity of $900,000. per year. I would really like to know these facts!

i separate riverdale has some houses and condos that are afordable, but i was wondering if any knows of an upcoming spot or compass that is being developed near manhattan. even on manhattan (hey i can dream lol).
does anyone know about old run down wearhouses or buildings that are on sale?
I would urge looking in Jersey, as it will be a hell of a lot cheaper than anywhere in NY, and you don't have to pay transfer taxes on a purchase, either, so the cost of doing the allowance will be much lower.
Try Hoboken, Jersey City, Clifton, and those areas, and tyou might be able to find something that you might like. Also, condo vend is soft right now, so I would not advise you buy a condo.
