if i were to park on the street, are there any parking regulations at this time or the morning/week? or do they transform from block to block?
Assuming you can find a parking garage with seat available, not always possible in lower Manhattan, you could expect to pay $25 to $35 for five hours, plus tax. Terrace parking might, on some blocks, be legal at 8 am, but after 9 am it will NOT be legal, and your car, in addition to surely being ticketed, could be towed to an impound lot, for which the see charges you extra.
While it is more time consuming, I always recommend that people park near the start of the A (tip of Manhattan),1 (Bronx) or 7 (Queens) tube lines, where you can safely park on the street for free, and take the subway downtown.

what do you deem the best seats are in the broadway theater I am going to see a show there ad want the best seats?
I would say that the very excellent seats are the front of the first mezzanine. These seats are better than floor seats because you don't have any heads in the way, and also you can see the entire stage-manage and the whole set instead of only seeing a portion of it if you are on the floor.
anyways... all of the seats are pretty nice so just enjoy your show!

They have valet parking,wait on on real china, full service waiting, a pianist. I want to know if their pricing is rational, like all other McD's.
I labour a few blocks from there. The have a piano player, but I don't know about valet parking or china plates, when I was there the only surprisingly amenities were the piano player and a hostess to help you find a seat. It had standard Manhattan McDonald's pricing, which is somewhat higher than prices elsewhere.
