The auditorium prices in all the beach cities in Los Angeles are ridiculous. 3 million for a 4 bedroom home. That is condign horrbiile.
dwelling-place prices are dropping around LA county and the rest of the country. the number of foreclosures are going up too. However, tout de suite the prices will climb again. Land is finite and Manhattan Beach is a very desireable location, and as such, prices will continue to climb and climb. Even an earthquake will only have a shortlived put on on prices.

I could sublet a few rooms and subsist in part of the house? I might even be able to live for cheaper than I am now if I get enough roommates? What are the flaws here?
If you sublet, there is always the plausibility, of people not paying, people distroying property, etc, but there are also the pros....Extra filthy lucre, company around! Many people chance this everyday. So good luck!!! th
